2. User Responsibilities

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plan Types

• Premium Plans: Enhanced features, unlimited scans, advanced analytics
• Family Plans: Multiple user accounts with shared features

3.2 Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Payment processing is handled through your device's app store

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
• Free trial cancellations must be made before the trial period ends

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of card identification or pricing information
• Market values are estimates and actual prices may vary significantly
• Service availability and performance may vary by device and network conditions
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for financial losses based on pricing information

11. Termination

11.1 User Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through app settings

• Subscription benefits continue until the end of the current billing period
